Direct adhesion to PVC and powder coated surfaces. Pretreatment with Duthoo Epoxy Primer or Universal Primer on steel, galva, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous, after degreasing the substrate.
Our touch-up paint does not only repair damages but can also be used to paint a surface in a certain color of course.

Preparation
- The surfaces must be free of any impurities. Sanding with Duthoo Abranylon and degreasing of non-ferrous metals with the Etching Promotor.
- Apply primer and paint with the color of choice.
- Sanding and applying primer on powdercoated surfaces and PVC is not neccessary after degreasing with the Etching Promotor and afterwards a waiting time before painting of at least 15 min and within 3h. Mix paint and thinner well !
Apply method
Spragun: Nozzle: 1,4mm. Apply in 2 layers. Metallic tints can require an extra varnish layer.Drying: For a dry layer thickness: 30μ - air temperature of 20°C - Relative humidity 60% : Dust dry: 10min / Manageable: 30min / Completely dry: 2h
