Which products do I use for various damages?

At the top of our webshop you can enter your color in the search bar. First indicate whether it concerns a RAL color or powder coating color. After this you will find all products that are available in this color. Do you want to retouch a surface that will be in the sun? Then pick the 2C variant. If you want direct adhesion to metal/steel, choose 2C DTM.

You discovered a small, superficial minor scratch which can't be felt with your fingernail.

1. Clean and degrease using Duthoo's etching promotor and degreasing cloth
2. Apply paint using our Touch-up bottle or Touch-up pen
3. Wait until dry and discover your scratch free product.

1. Sand the surface (P320)
2. Clean and degrease using Duthoo's etching promotor and degreasing cloth and wait at least 10 minutes for the promotor to open the pores
3. Spray one layer of Duthoo's touch up spray 
4. Wait 10 minutes until dry (surface becomes mat) and repeat with another layer of touch up spray
5. Wait until dry
6. Behold your scratch free product

2. Clean and degrease using Duthoo's etching promotor and degreasing cloth and wait at least 10 minutes for the promotor to open the pores
3. Spray Duthoo Universal Primer and wait 10 minutes until dry (the surface will become matt)
4. Spray one fine layer of Duthoo's touch up spray 
5. Wait 10 minutes until dry (surface becomes mat) and repeat with another layer of touch up spray
6. Wait until dry
7. Behold your scratch free product

3. Spray a layer of Duthoo's Spray Mastic and wait until dry 
4. Sand the surface (P320)
5. Repeat until you get a smooth surface
6. Spray Duthoo's universal Primer, when dry gently sand zone between primer and powder coated zone
7. Spray one fine layer of Duthoo's touch up spray 
8. Wait 10 minutes until dry (surface becomes mat) and repeat with another layer of touch up spray
9. Wait until dry
10. Behold your scratch free product

1. Use a professional polyester or metal mastic 
2. Sand the surface (P240)
3. Clean and degrease using Duthoo's etching promotor and degreasing cloth and wait at least 10 minutes for the promotor to open the pores
4. Spray a layer of Duthoo's Spray Mastic and wait until dry 
5. Sand the surface (P320)
6. Repeat until you get a smooth surface
7. Spray Duthoo's universal Primer, when dry gently sand zone between primer and powder coated zone
8. Spray one fine layer of Duthoo's touch up spray 
9. Wait 10 minutes until dry (surface becomes mat) and repeat with another layer of touch up spray
10. Wait until dry
