- Sprayable filler for quick filling and leveling of uneven-nesses and scratches on powdercoated metals and on old hardened paints.
- Color: light grey.
- Fast drying and good abrasion.
- Direct adhesion on aluminium, non-ferrous and paints.
- Application temperature: between 18 to 20 °.
- Professional use.
- Fast dust dry / Overcoatable with the Touch Up Spray after 2 hours ( test in advance)
- Product, which is dry to the core, can be painted with powder paint.
- Shelf life: 1 year in unopened packaging. Store according to the general requirements for aero-sols. Keep away from frost, humidity and heat.
- Flammable
- The surfaces must be free of any impurities.
- After the appropriate preparation of the substrate that needs to be filled (sand with Duthoo Abranylon, sand with P240, sandblasting, pickling,enz.), degrease and clean with the Etching Promotor.
- Shake spraycan well before use (2 to 3 minutes). Spray at a distance of 10-15 cm.
- Apply in several coats untill the unevenness is filled.
- After complete drying, sand with P240 to full equalization of surface. And finally sand with P320, before painting. If necessary repeat the action until the desired result.
- The spraycan contains 1 nozzle: 1 round jet.
- Avoid use at temperature below 15 ° c and in extreme heat or humidity.
- To promote the retention time of your spraycan, hold your spraycan upside down and spray until no more paint comes out. Store upside down.
